One of the reception staff was very helpful.
One of the reception staff was not helpful.

When we expressed dissatisfaction with the room on the second stay, the helpful staff person gave us a better room.

The location was superior.
They gave us a room that was unacceptable.

After about an hour and a half of battling with them over the terrible room they gave us they finally switched the room, but could not do so until the next day. This meant that my husband and I needed to repack everything the next morning and unpack again.
