The hotel was very comfortable and clean.
They only have valet parking and charge $23 per day.
The hotel was really good except the parking issue. If you don't want to have valet parking, you can park on the meter.

Hotel staff and accommodations were beyond expectation.
Valet parking fees.
Other than no optional parking this hotel was perfect and I would recommend it to any expected travelers.

Valet parking and the location.
Smelly air conditioner or maybe it was the carpet.
The hotel staff was really nice and accommodating. The valet parking guy was awesome, great service. For the price we matched in Priceline this was a really good hotel. The pool looked great even though I did not use it.

Easy to get around Coconut Grove, Downtown and Miami Beach from this location.
No free parking nearby and parking at the hotel was $23/night.

Did not get double beds, had to pay for cot 2 nights, hit with $23 /day parking bill, and carpet was damp.
Extra parking of $23 per day (on top of cot fee). There was not an adequate number of towels in the room based on occupancy, and I felt like the staff was treating me as a budget customer.

Nice area/ location.
Staff.
Nice located small hotel, with small rooms as well, parking is like $20.00 but if you find a parking lot close is way cheaper. They charge me extra $30.00 because
I wanted double beds instead of the king there was.

The hotel provided a warm inviting experience from the warm cookie at check in to the soft bedding in the room.
The view was terrible it faced an old apartment building, and the room was too small.
The hotel staff is very friendly and the bedding and the furniture of the room was delightful for the price and the location.
