The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
As most have mentioned, the rooms are small.
Taking under consideration that the hotel is an older one, it was renovated to feel very soothing. The rooms had nice touches. It even came with a microwave and small refrigerator in case I needed to keep some food in the room. The room size was just what I needed. I have been in larger rooms in other hotels and it can seem wasteful for such a room. The water temperature from the shower head could have been hotter. read more

Beautiful decor, good food, and friendly service.
No pool, a little scary to walk to from busier part of main street.
Beautiful! The lobby and room were exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant located in the lobby and I was thrilled they had Starbucks. As well as all the fresh fruit and Kashi products I eat at home. Fantastic I would stay here again.

Very nice decor, calming atmosphere; convenient to where I was going.
The rooms were smaller than I expected.
Fantastic hotel! I wasn't too fond of the view out the windows, and only one of the three elevators worked, but the hotel wasn't crowded so it wasn't too much of a problem. The staff is pretty nice, but I didn't have much of an encounter with them, so I can't say much on that. Great place, fun little lounge/restaurant in the lobby! Connects to a sky bridge for
very convenient travel! read more

The staff were extremely friendly specially the valet.
The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the menu was overpriced, there was only one elevator working, the wireless didn't work well on top floor.
Overall the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few problems. Parking was very expensive, and the resturant in the hotel was over priced. The hotel was very clean and had a bright friendly atmosphere.

Everything! This hotel was absolutely fabulous!!
The location could have been a biiiit better, but I'm not complaining.
This hotel was absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms and general areas are beautifully decorated and clean. The restaurants food is delicious and the waitstaff is wonderful. I loved my room, and the bathroom was lovely. The products were better than most hotels I've stayed at, and the feng shui/mathematically proportioned interior decorating gave the hotel a beautiful vibe. I will be staying here again. read more
