Helpful staff.
Chilly bedroom; bathroom needed updating/maintenance.
Helpful staff, great breakfast. Room was decent, but very basic and could use some updating, especially to the heating system and bathroom. Location is a bit of a walk to most sights, but not bad at all and plenty of restaurants nearby.

We loved the pool and the patio restaurant.
We would have liked wash cloths.
Of the 3 hotels we stayed in this one was the best and the price was reasonable. We would definitely come here again if we ever get to vacation in Italy again.

Staff helpful, good breakfast, big bathroom.
Very nice hotel to stay at. Friendly staff. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station and the places you want to see in Florence, but if you do not mind the walk, then I like this place.

The Staff at Hotel Kraft were friendly and extremely hospitable. They really went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect. The rooftop dining and bar offered the best views of florence. We loved it!

Wonderful staff, extremely courteous and willing to help with all our requests.
Location was okay but not the best.
We thought the hotel was a great value for the money compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our only complaint was that it was slightly further from the sites in Florence than we would have liked, but we were still within walking distance.

Quiet neighborhood, helpful staff, comfortable room.
Location is a bit removed from tourist areas.
Rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable and the balcony in the "superior" room made the room feel much larger than it was. A nice breakfast spread was included. Staff was mostly extremely helpful and professional (with one smirky exception.) The location is about 100 m from the river Arno, pool deck has a lovely view, typical extra firm bedding. Location is the only contentious point, about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and about 10 to 20 minutes from most tourist attractions. Being away from center of city is both blessing (quiet at night, wide avenue in front for sun exposure, with some central hotels in narrow streets in permanent shade, safe and secure feeling) and curse (limited amenities in immediate area, when foot-sore from a day of sightseeing, taking yet another a walk to search for food or groceries isn't always appealing, and returning to the hotel for a midday siesta can be a chore.) read more
