Very interesting aesthetic.
There is no privacy. Glass bathrooms were a major problem.

The hotel theme was really cool. It was fun and different.
The room was a little dirty around the edges of the floor. It was difficult to get ready in the mornings, because of the style of the bathroom.
The hotel is very trendy and cool. It is perfect for couples on a fun get away. The room is not so good for families. The bathroom is made of glass walls, and that makes it a bit tricky for a family to get ready in. There is a curtain that pulls around the wall of the shower, helping to provide privacy. The continental breakfast was a bit lacking.

Amazing, helpful staff. Beautiful building in edgy up and coming area real cache.
Breakfast was not acceptable; dry croissants out of food by 9:45, not well trained or professional breakfast staff.
Great service in an artfully considered hotel. All the furnishings and finishes are perfect and reflect an edgy, clean aesthetic. I felt like I had discovered a little jewel.

It was very well appointed and the staff was very friendly.
The bathrooms were a little strange.
It's a very stylish little hotel in downtown Brooklyn and convenient to Manhattan.

Very comfortable beds.
Maid service for my room was terrible.
Loved the hotel; continental breakfast was nice. The maid service was terrible; no toilet tissue was ever left (had to call for it), towels not replaced, coffee pot not cleaned, supplies not replaced. I felt that I was not getting my money's worth.

I really enjoyed the contemporary decor. It was very stylish.
The room air conditioner was loud during the night. Just a little disturbing.
This was a very nice hotel. We will most likely stay there again when in Brooklyn visiting family. With small children I appreciated having the continental breakfast.

The location and the helpful bellboy.
A bit overpriced and the air conditioner leaked.
Overall I was impressed. The location was wonderful and the staff was helpful, particularly a bell hop who should be promoted to concierge. Also, I liked the complimentary amenities such as a small food and beverage basket, breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

All staff were very friendly and willing to help
bathroom was not as private as I'd like-too near the beds
Excellent attitude of staff. Facilities were new and clean. Continental breakfast was very good.Room well equipped for all needs, although no microwave. The set up of the bathroom being separated by a clouded glass was a little close to the bedroom area and didn't provide a lot of privacy. The toilet flushed load. Overall though, we were very satisfied and would come back.
