Clean, safe, and pleasant staff.
Continental breakfast cost $10 and the space for it was cramped.

It was a nice spot for a woman traveling alone. Underground parking, clean rooms, nice lobby space, and friendly staff. Environmentally conscious - options available for conserving energy, like not having your sheets changed every day. I did not find my room as luxurious as other 4 star hotels I have stayed at. I think the price was a little high for the room.

Parking was tight but acceptable, rather small older TV with limited channels available.

The Linens were amazing, Very nice clean room. They did a wonderful job putting a class hotel on a very small property. Close to downtown made walking a pleasure.

The menu at the greek restaurant.

Great location, staff was very friendly and always there if needed. The amenities of the hotel were impeccable. The room was so very nice and luxurious.

Beautiful, warm, upscale room in a hotel with a Mediterranean feel.

The hotel was in a convenient location - downtown Los Gatos and was close to restaurants and shops. The exterior of the hotel was beautiful - reminiscent of a Mediterranean or Tuscany-type architecture. The decor inside was a mix of antiques and warm woods. They had a wine tasting night on Wednesday night. They had an underground parking that made parking very convenient. This was a fabulous hotel and we will definitely stay there again. read more
