Beautiful design and decor, premium bathing products.
View of parking lot was not great, but expected in a city. No coffee maker in room.
Really liked this hotel. The attention to detail was superb. Rooms were beautifully designed/decorated, spacious, and cozy. Bath robes were stylish and luscious, and available for purchase. The bath products were high quality. Breakfast room service was delivered punctually and was yummy, although a bit overpriced. The staff was so congenial and exemplified ideal hospitality-industry decorum. The price was good for the area and quality of hotel. They have a complimentary wine hour for guests, and milk and cookies out at night, muffins and coffee in the morning. read more

Great boutique hotel in quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff.
Have to take metro to get to all of the sites and restaurant way overpriced.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful out of any hotel that I have experienced. Room was large, very clean and beautiful.
Hotel did not have a pool.
The staff were incredible, from the check in staff to the valet parking attendant, each one took the time to say hello, inquire about our stay. It was genuine and because of this, i would choose a kimpton hotel again. The hotel lobby was small, but clean and the room was clean, well kept. The hotel had a mini bar which we did not use do the expense of it, if prices had been cheaper we would have definitely used. read more

We loved this hotel. Location, staff and perks ie. wine hour were great.
Wish the cookie hour at night was earlier than 10:30.
My young children and I enjoyed this hotel. The convenience to the metro, 2 blocks, allowed us easy access to all the sights. And being in Dupont Circle felt residential rather than touristy which was really nice. The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. We enjoyed the popsicles in the afternoon and it was a treat to have a glass of wine in the late afternoon. The decor felt contemporary to me and it was extremely clean. read more

Spacious room.
Allowed pets.
Nice hotel, friendly staff if not always knowledgeable of neighborhood. Rooms starting to lose their edge. Not a true 3.5 star.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice flat screen TV and 5 minutes walk to metro.
Small bathroom and
no coffee maker.
Good location. 5 minutes walk to Dupont Circle metro stop and lots of local restaurants were nearby. The staff was very friendly and free coffee and tea in the morning, ice cream in the afternoon and cookies and milk at night. The room was very clean and roomy with flat screen TV, desk and chair, couch, etc. Bathroom was small and there was a full service restaurant downstairs. Overall, a very good hotel and I would stay there again. read more
