NOTHING!!!!!
Almost everything, hookesr downstairs in the street, Bordel type rooms
Hi,As an experienced Priceline traveller , was very disappointed.First they tried to put me in a single room, (cell size) because I said I was on my own, when I complauned they ommediatly did change to aroom with PINK painted walls, very small and desk and chair which cannot be used for work.Bathroom VERY small. Its not a 4 starr hotel, you rate the Hilton as 4 star which is wonderfull, this time I was offered to add 22 $ to the 100 I usually get the Hilton for and was given this low class dump ( sorry for the tough description.I suggest to take this hotel OFF your 4 start lists. Location and standard does not FIT your normal average! read more

Location.
Very unfriendly stuff.
I were not allowed to have friends into my room for a visit. In one incident, the receptionist didn't allow my guest to come up to my room. When I insisted, they gave me 15 minutes only for his visit! It was the first time I see things as such happen in 4 stars hotel.

Location.
This was a nice friendly hotel at the city border with a trendy design, I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great location. Very satisfactory breakfast.
Overpriced internet access.
Quiet neighborhood on side street 3 blocks from central train station & 2 Subway lines. One block from tram line that goes right to all the main attractions. Very contemporary Milanese room decor. In-room safe. Very satisfactory breakfast buffet with good coffee.

Newly refurbished rooms were nice, if a bit funky.
The shower fixtures did not work quite right, but no big deal.
This hotel was very good value for money. The newly refurbished rooms were bright and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath/shower area was a bit cramped, but in the normal European tradition. The staff was very helpful, even while being quite harried during peak times.

Clean, good location, friendly people. Breakfast service was very good.
We liked and would come back any time. Very convenient due to train and metro stations close by.

The hotel we were suppose to stay out transferred us to another hotel that was terrible
The hotel was not our original, it was in a terrible neighborhood, supposedly 4 star, unfriendly staff, ugly room.
We did not get to stay at our original hotel and were transferred to another hotel 300 meters away that was in a terrible neighborhood. It was supposedly a 4 star hotel. We were scared to leave the hotel. We had to walk a longer distance to the train station with our luggage. We were charged to use our calling card. The staff were unfriendly. The room was ugly. There was no bathtub, the room was small, and the view was awful. The TV was tiny. Not enjoyable. read more

Good location near to central station.
Hotel renovated hallway and still renting rooms on that floor.
Perfect for the short trip when you want to use the train to go to other north-Italian cities, rooms are comfortable and decorated in bright colors, staff partly very helpful while some were ignorant.

The hotel was cute. It had a nice bathroom. There were neat light fixtures and it was cozy.
The staff was rather dry.
The hotel is cute, although hard to locate. The room was clean, yet the bedding and chairs looked tattered. The wall colors were bright, as were the different colored lights that were in the room. Nice location. Twenty minute walk to Milan's central area.

Location was ok.
The hotel was more like 2, may be 3 stars, but not 4.
I was not happy with my stay at all.
