Represented itself as a 4 star hotel whereas it was more like 2 star hotel.

Smoking permitted/encouraged in small lobby area. Room was not tastefully decorated. No safe in the room or electronic conversion.

Assistant of the manager was a star: kind and helpful.
Not as many to mention: poor, better saying cold, non helpful staff.

The only reason for staying in this hotel is the location: Nothing else! Old and lean furnishment, ultra expensive bar drinks, water was 4.80 Euros! Rude - have to repeat rude staff and definitely cries for renovation not only the building but for staff as well.

Friendly staff.

The close proximity to the Bonhoff was quite welcoming to a weary traveler. The staff was friendly and courteous. We arrived early and the room was available.
