Couple 9.0 I liked the friendliness of the staff and the quality of service.
There was no pool.
Our stay was wonderful, everyone was very helpful and our room was super comfortable. Loved the Aveda bath products and the animal print robes. The wine hour in the lobby was a very nice touch too! Would definitely stay here again! Kristen from Juneau,AK

Solo Traveler 9.0 Lovely furnishing. Great location. Fabulous restaurant.
Coffee needs to be available at 6am for East Coast travelers 7 days a week.
I was so pleased to find the Hotel Monaco. It was a refreshing place to be with super friendly staff. The restaurant was unbelievably delicious. I will go there again. Derek from Claremont,CA

Couple 9.0 Pet friendly (although I were not travel with my dog).
No pool. First night, loud good-bye noise came from 3floor hallway at 1:45AM, that was unconceivable.
Room is nice, bath with tub, providing free coffee (Starbucks)in lobby every morning is great and warm. (I missed afternoon welcome drink, I believe it was great, too). Kd from Tualatin,OR
