We loved the rooms and the roof top view. Had a terrific bar tender. Perfect location.
Our room was on the side of a noisy bar that kept us awake until 2 am. Nightly.

We loved everything about this hotel except the noise from a bar which was being the hotel. The people who worked at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Whatever we needed, they would do their best to take care of. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located within walking distances of just about everything.

Our room was lovely, beautifully decorated and comfortable.

This is the best hotel for the price we have stayed at in Mexico. An excellent hotel.

Location- atmosphere-ambience- excellent service- cleanliness.
Nothing.

We stayed in the Imperial Suite on 2nd floor. The decor and ambience as well as the quietness of the unit contributed to our enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

I liked the location and the overall look of the hotel.
Some of the staff was not as friendly as I would have liked.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only thing that bothered me was that I was later charged for my son staying with me in my room only because he is over 11 years of age. Some of the staff could have been a little more pleasant specially with my children.

Secure, comfortable and easy access to historical sites.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is located in the historical downtown area with easy walking access to markets, restaurants and other sites. The room was well decorated and in general the hotel was peaceful and secure.

It was newly refurbished and they did a wonderful job. Hot water, AC and quiet court yards.
The food was horrible and the bar had really bad service.

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and most of the desk staff speaks fluent English. It is centrally located and you can hire a driver for excursions. Very clean, quiet. And the A/C works. The beds and linens are also wonderful.

It was a beautiful historical landmark.
The location was urban.

I was charged an additional fee for something that fell below my expectations.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Initial room was terrible.

Hotel faces an area of bars and the noise level is terrible. I complained after the second day and was moved into a very nice room. This would have been great had it been where I was first put.
