Hotel New Orleans is located directly across New Orleans Convention Center. Our upscale luxury hotel is nestled in the heart of New Orleans newly revitalized Arts and Warehouse District, just 8 blocks from the French Quarter, 2 blocks from Harrahs Casino and within walking distance of the National D-Day Museum. Neighborhood restaurants include Emerils, Mulates, Rio-Mar and others. All of New Orleans attractions are a short walk, taxi ride, or Red Lady Street Car ride away from our Hotel. We are offering a free Full Breakfast at our hotel to all guests at this time. Location was convenient and wasn't afraid to bring my lady friend over.
The room was a little dirtier than
I would have expected.

Very comfortable. Staff was awesome. Would definitely stay again, though the room could have been a tad cleaner.

The hotel had New Orleans old world charm.
There was a reception of some sort and it was very loud until 11:00 pm.

The hotel was perfect for our night in New Orleans, the room was comfortable with all of the small amenities that you would receive in a larger chain, bath soap, shampoos and such. The river walk was just 2 blocks away. It was very convenient to the French Quarter. You do not want to drive in New Orleans, we chose to use a cab when we preferred to ride and the fares were very inexpensive, I was pleasantly surprised. read more

Parking, smoke smell, staff, pillows, bathroom.

Smells like smoke, unfriendly staff, really cheap pillows, and

Very quiet and comfortable.
Parking lot sold out and had to park in neighboring garage.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location, staff and cleanliness of the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet and beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were pretty large. Though we were warned against it, we walked back to the hotel from the French Quarter and we felt safe. Only took about 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean nice comfortable.

Was nicer than I expected for a 2.5 star, cards wouldn't work after noon even to go up in the elevator, at times didn't open up to get the front door open late at night, feel like it's a slight security issue.

We stayed in a king sized bed that was phenomenal.
The food did not look appetizing. Too much!

We went to this hotel for Mardi Gras, the staff was friendly and helped me and my boyfriend greatly. The room we stayed in was so spacious and comfortable.
