The location was ideal for traveling around the city.

The hotel staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The hotel is located near several tram stops and is less than three blocks from a Metro station that provides quick and easy access to the airport and to the train station from which there are connections throughout Europe.

No real positives.
Room entirely was too small and 2 twin beds pushed together.

Definitely not a 4 star facility. No better or larger rooms were available - we actually ended up not staying in the hotel after seeing the size of the room and the 2 twin beds pushed together. Went to the Sheraton Rogier Place and had a beautiful room albeit it cost us a lot of money to do so. Would probably not consider an NH hotel again in the future.

Excellent location in Brussels city centre with a knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff near great pubs, restaurants and attractions you can walk to.

Location
Most standard rooms appear to be only equipped with showers -- some prefer baths.

This time around, the staff (with one exception) went beyond the call of duty to be most professional and welcoming friendly. (I stayed at the same hotel in April 09).

A small modern styled hotel in a good area.
Rooms are petite with twins beds pushed together.

Modern finishes & furnishings in the room.
King bed was actually two twin beds pushed together.

The rooms and lobby spaces were clean, modern, and inviting. My only qualm is that the king bed was actually two twins pushed together which left a crack in middle. We were constantly pushing the beds back together.
