Breakfast included in the cost.
I would highly recommend the hotel. The restaurants were great. The staff were always available. The rooms were spotless. Pool and gym were great as well.

Extra efforts of staff to provide service and comfort.
Nothing at all.
The hotel is centrally located next to the high security USA Consulate building. It has everything you need, with an excellent garage next door. All three restaurants are top notch and the service is splendid. All rooms seem to be renovated and clean as a whistle. Bedding and bed is way above standard. Flat screen TV with full satellite and 5 English stations. Well air conditioned and controlled by each guest. It is only 10 minutes from the main international / domestic airport and all shopping is within walking distance as is the waterfront esplanade which is kept is excellent shape and well guarded. read more

Came back after one year and it was still great.
Nothing bad to say.
Perfect location; great service; quiet and security conscious.

Great staff & right next door to the American Embassy, so the level of security was great!
Don't expect this to be a 5 star hotel by American standards, but this is probably the best hotel in Quayaquil. Good staff, great security, and the food's not bad. The bar was a little pricey, but has a great selection in drinks.
