Great style, top notch rooms, comfortable.
Breakfast could run later... 10am is early when I'm on vacation.
The lobby, floors and rooms are stylish and clean. The rooms come with robes... in leopard print and tiger stripes. Luxury king rooms have deep two-person spa tubs, which fill quickly and quietly. Complimentary evening wine tastings are nice too.

The staff member at the front desk was really warm and helpful. The service overall was friendly and attentive.
The menu wasn't the best I've seen and the cheese plate was a disappointment.

The location was excellent.
The room had dirty bed sheets and no coffee maker, the lobby was very small.
This is definetly not a 4 star hotel. This is the first time priceline bidding has not come through for me. The hotel had a very small lobby and during the day there was no concierge present to obtain information regarding the city. The staff never informed us of the building amenities and services, such as the 5 o'clock wine tasting in the lounge. The room was nice, but the bed sheets were stained. There was also no coffee maker in the room. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. We couldn't wait to check out and go the Marriot across the street the following night, where we finally felt like we were at a 4 star hotel. read more

The location is excellent.
Aircon in the room was not good enough.
