Shower head was filthy, toilet was loose & paper coming off the walls.
If this is a 2 1/2 star hotel a Red Roof Inn is a 4 star.

Price.
Location.
Not bad for the price. Basic hotel, no frills, clean. Room could use some upgrading. Staff was nice and helpful.

Enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful views from the balcony.
No microwave.
Overall great value for what we paid, really good breakfast, family oriented, enjoyed the swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff in this hotel was very warm and friendly.
It was dirty, shabby and unhygienic, many things were broken.
For heavens sake avoid this place. It has a bunch of really nice staff and they are very warm and helpful but it ends there. The carpets were dirty and stained, the breakfast was a ration and you had to wait in a line for what is left (if u get lucky), bathroom ventilator fan and coffee machine were broken, there was not even a tooth paste in the room. The air conditioner sounded like a power generator. Do yourself a favor by staying at home than being here. read more

Hotel is on a hilltop -- Large deck for mountain/city views
Pigeon Forge C of C said it was brand new after rebuilding. It was fine, but not all new.
Very clean with comfortable beds, adequate breakfast offering in pleasant surroundings, large deck with misc. seating looking out over the city and mountains, helpful staff and reasonable rates. Many activity brochures and info available for guests.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was close to everything we wanted to see/do in the area.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. Towels could have been nicer.
Overall good bargain and conveniently located.

Most of the help were great and did whatever we asked. They were trying to do a great job.
Better wifi reception and the price should be less for what you got.
On top of a steep hill but the view was nice. Most of the staff did a great job we got everything we asked for. The food needs a big improvement. The first day just regular help ran out of half the food and did nothing to replenish it. The 2nd day an owner working kept food fresh and full as possible although was not the best food but he was trying. Would go back if they were to go down on the rates they were to high for what you got. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel for the same price. They need to turn the heat in the pool off in the summer that was not good. read more
