Was very close to the Gas Lamp Quarter in Downtown.
$35.00 per night for parking on the Hotel property - ridiculous!
Very close one block walking distance to the best part of the Gas Lamp Quarter in Downtown San Diego. Appeals to the young hip and trendy crowd. Room was nice, but the bed was very average for a 5 Star location. $35 per night to park on the hotel property was a joke. Would only stay there again if someone else paid the bill.

Friendly staff, excellent location, beautiful hotel, love the extras of the hotel, wine at night and gourmet coffee in the morning.
We had a great stay at the hotel. It was fun and relaxing. We would stay there again in a heart beat. Looking forward to our next stay. Since the last stay at a hotel was not a nice or pleasant as this stay. But then again we have had positive stays that is what we come back to Priceline. 9 out of 10 stay is a good record.

The location is with in walking distance to most downtown places.
They placed us in a handicaped room viewing a wall.
Great hotel for a business trip, however not so great for weekend get away. The location is perfect for downtown meetings. Note the parking is now $35 a day...ouch. not sure why but the hotel placed us in a handicapped room facing a wall (negative view and small room)

The entire staff was fantastic.
Inability to take beverages to/from the pool terrace area; especially morning coffee.
