Location, staff, cleanliness.
It's under construction.
We love this hotel. This time it was under construction, so no restaurant or much of a lobby.

The hotel is under reconstruction. There is nothing charming in any public space. normal public space is closed off. When reconstruction is complete it will no doubt be better.

I cannot find any words that are good.
We were confined to our room because the hotel is being remodeled.
It wasn't a very pleasant stay.

The location was excellent..
The room was tiny; the elevator was broken.
The hotel is a construction zone; the restaurant was closed and the elevator was broken. We had to lug our suitcases up several flights of stairs. The room was tiny. We couldn't even find room for our bags without tripping over them. Service was okay but not terribly friendly - i.e, some of the staff wouldn't say hello or even make eye contact.

Friendly staff.
Should have been made aware that the hotel was under renovation. No lobby or elevators.

Their was electricity and running water.
Bathroom dirty, no elevator, no hot water, parking offsite, rude hotel staff, no air conditioning.
If you want to stay in the middle of a construction zone then stay here. There is no elevator and our 3rd floor room required 6 flights of stairs to get to and there didn't appear to be a 2nd way to exit the building. I believe this is a fire hazard. The air conditioning didn't work. There was no hot water. Off-site parking required certain documents to leave which the hotel didn't furnish upon check-out requiring another trip back to the hotel. The staff was rude. Overall, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. When another customer asked if the hotel would be open for the entire renovation the desk person responded that they were going to try to as they needed the money. read more

Close proximity to center of town.
About to be renovated so its torn up now.
Great location-close to everything. A bit outdated but about to go through a huge renovation so will probably be much nicer very soon.
