Didn't clean our room, AC kept breaking then shorted out the hotel engineer had to come take a look.

Awful staff didn't clean room, no fresh towels, AC kept breaking then the AC shorted out the wiring. Terrible experience I will never stay there again.

Concerns were addressed immediately and they had wonderful staff.

Overall it was a nice hotel for the price we paid. They took care of any concerns we had immediately. I would use this hotel again.

The pool was being repaired, so we didn't get to use it.

Very good for the money. Would of loved to use the pool. slept great.

We were surprised with all the ammenities. Great.
Hallways were dirty, worn out needs improvements.

For what we paid, we got an excellent value. Happy with free breakfast, free internet, fridge and microwave in room etc. Room itself was pretty. Shower was awful in terms of looks. Worn out, looks dirty.

Good place to stay for the economy minded. Not meant to impress as a four star hotel.

It was very clean and roomy. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. There plenty of room.
