Great style. Very current Anthropolgie type feel.
Cigarette holes in sheets. At least 3! Weird water proof mattress pad. Like sleeping on a diaper and a bit sweaty. Room was very small for a Portland.

Great staff. Front desk people and restaurant staff were both helpful and friendly. Great vibe perfect for more sophisticated crowd. Rooms were small due to the fact that his is a very old hotel with a great new face lift, but well designed. Lots of amenities provided at the mini bar. I forgot my toothbrush and was glad to see one there! My bed sheet had cigarette/small holes in it. It was clean but I found it off putting that the hotel uses sheets with 3 dime to quarter sized holes! read more

We like the location - it was in walking distance to downtown(four blocks square). very friendly staff and above all great price..

Extremely friendly & competent staff, restaurant next door is fabulous.
Our room was a tad small but very comfortable nonetheless.

If I could give this hotel more than 10 points I would go way up there. The furnishings are chic, staff was so positive, friendly and helpful that I wouldn't hesitate to adopt them all as my own, we don't drink but it looked like the wine tasting in the evening as a lot of fun. The Pazzo restaurant next door is fabulous, we've eaten there several times and have only experienced the most exquisite of taste experiences (their ravs are to die for). I got a super deal on this 4* hotel through Priceline and the staff didn't say a single word about it. read more

No fan in the bathroom.

The VP has been recently remodeled and is nicely appointed.

No parking for larger vehicles; expensive internet.

Beautiful rooms, friendly people. The location was so-so and I was really burned by the expense of the wireless. It should be free at that level of hotel. Another annoyance was the fact that we were traveling in a van which couldn't be parked in the hotel lot. My partner had to move the car twice in the morning and the only suggestion given by staff was to use the 2-hour street parking. Not great. But honestly, a beautifully designed space, just not perfect for our needs at the time. read more
