The hotel is going thru som renovations but it was nice and clean. Rooms are up to date and nicely remodled. Hotel was quiet .Great for the price paid!
Renovations are not finished, but over all was very quiet considering the fact they are not finished.

This hotel was great for the money paid. They have put a lot of time and money into this hotel to make it nice. Room were up to date and looked like a room you would pay for at a higher priced hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and clean considering the fact that the renovations are not finished in part of the hotel. read more

Easy access to Interstate
Check in slow, check out even slower, breakfast not very good.

Seems to be under new management and undergoing some renovations, but it still has a long way to go. AC didn't work in the room, and we were there in the middle of August. Not a good combo.

Old, unclean, scary clientele.

This hotel is in need of a makeover. The non-smoking rooms were obviously not non-smoking. The beds were adequate and the air conditioning was weak. Many guests were rather scary-looking to me, but they seemed nice.

I loved the room and the breakfast was really nice plus they have coffee 24/7.
They are still remodeling just a little bit.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great. They were the perfect fit for my family and I on our trip to Elitch Gardens.

Location and overall ambiance of lobby.
Remodeling inconvenience.

When the remodel is completed this should be at least a 3-star hotel, but it is a little dirty during renovations. Hotel staff complained about there being three people in the room even though one was under 18 and the room could accommodate us. The continental breakfast was good, but didn't qualify as a complete hot breakfast.

The room was newly renovated
The lobby, elevators and hallways looked like a slum

If you can ignore the lobby, hallways and elevators, as they look like a slum hotel, the newly renovated rooms are acceptable.
