Distance to airport.
Professional attitude of the staff. Lacking from the shuttle pickup to the checkout.
This hotel is in need of some "serious" repair. It is located in an area that is definitely on the decline as far as businesses are concerned. The rooms have not be kept up well. I had some very serious concerns about safety. The breakfast the next morning was awful and not well planned. I will not stay at this hotel again whenever I fly into Houston. It wasn't a good experience. They only reason we did not leave was because it was only for one night and we had just gotten off a 16 hour flight from Japan and we were exhausted. read more

Continental breakfast.
Lobby too dark, hallway to room too dark, floor creaked, foul odor throughout.
Women traveling alone should NOT stay at this hotel. I didn't see any security, bad area.

Nothing.
It was run down & felt unsafe.
This hotel is run down and had what seemed to be prostitution going on in it. It is in a bad area and didn't feel safe at all. The carpet in the room seemed dirty and stained. We didn't not want to even walk on it. If we hadn't traveled so far and came in so late. We would not ever stay their again.

Nothing.
Bugs, dirty room, disgusting.
The first room they gave us wasn't even made. It didn't have any light bulbs or towels and the bed wasn't even made. They then moved us to a room that had bugs ants. It was discussing. The hotel tile was broken and I almost fell on the broken tile. The place was disgusting!

Location OK.
Dirty; Dangerous; Wall and Floors in Bad Shape.
I did not feel safe; Rooms dirty; Wall need to be textured and painted; Also tile broken ion the floor and they would just lay a rug over the broken tile (The hotel was not under construction).

The internet was fast.
Roaches!
The price is low, but zero amenities and had too many bugs. The washing machine flooded. They have coffee round the clock. The swimming pool was the size of a bathtub. The carpet and walls were torn up. The AC was good. It was near a major highway though hard to find at first. Overall, it was more for homeless people than the serious traveler.

There is an airport shuttle and the employees were courteous.
This property is very run down and in a bad neighborhood.
Avoid this hotel! While the employees are very courteous and helpful, the property is very run down and not cleans. I stayed two nights at the day's inn intercontinental greens point in august, 2007. The immediate vicinity is not safe to walk in. For a few dollars more, many other hotels with lots more amenities are available.

Most people were very kind and friendly.
One fat guy was very rude.
I like most people in this hotel. Most people were very kind, helpful and friendly. In addition, the room and facilities were not so bad. But one fat middle-aged guy was very rude and bellicose. This guy has pure white skin, brown hair and two daughters.

Friendly desk clerks.
Physical appearance inside and outside.
Damaged walls in my room and hallways; dangling cord with no plug on lamps; detached wallpaper; auto junkyard in back of motel, generally unclean and unmentioned appearance. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
