Large room, comfortable beds.
Slight mildew smell - due to shower curtain?
The hotel was very easy to find and served my one-night business travel well. Many food choices for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They gave us an upgrade!
Peeling paint, weird decor, unfinished hallways, tattoo place next door, busy road, dim lighting in breakfast area.
The upgrade would have cost almost 25% of what we paid in the first place. She could see my dismay, and simply gave us the upgrade, which I appreciated, as the first room we had seen was mostly below ground level, and very dismal - not sure I would have stayed there with my small child. The upgraded room was generally fine, though the decor was somewhat weird, and the door of the room next door grated unbelievably loudly whenever it was opened. The breakfast was OK, though the breakfast area was dim and could have used some freshening. read more

Room was nice.
Front desk manager was rude and did not listen to my needs.
When checking in the man at the front desk told me the reservation was only for two people. There were 4 people in my party and requested to have two double beds. Now I know the policy is for two people and if you want two beds you can request this at the hotel, and if there is availability they will grant it to you. The hotel had plenty of availability and the man at the front desk would not take my request. He said he would give me another bed but charged me additional $30.00. Ten dollars for the bed and $10.00 for each additional person. I thought this was outrageous. I can see if the hotel was booked, but it was not and this person was just trying to charge extras. read more

Convenient location, nothing really bad.
Tub water flows slowly.
Quite standard for a hotel room.

None.
The staff in this hotel.
The night shift staff was not friendly. The hotel is old and has bad smell. I was thinking this is a motel instead of hotel. The location was very far away from downtown. The stay was my worst travel experience ever.

Good location - right off the I-81.
Unfriendly staff.
You get what you pay for. Go here because it's cheap, and it's convenient. go in, get your key, and go to your room, and don't interact with unfriendly front desk guys.

Easy to get to, right off the highway exit 6.
Seedy area, old carpet, dirty, unkempt hallways, horrible mattress, old and dirty, and the breakfast area was not attractive.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It gave me the creeps. It was old and dirty. The mattress was so old and lumpy, I did not want my skin to touch the sheets. The hallways were in need of vacuuming, and new carpeting. This hotel was low class.

Reasonable cost - staff was friendly.
The location was questionable, we did not feel real secure - no concrete reasons for that.

The noise level was a bit much as the hotel was close to a highway.
All in all it was fine for a quick overnight stay. The only problem was the noise of traffic from a nearby interstate highway. I would recommend an inside room to travelers.

Hotel room was clean. New carpet~Bathroom updated and clean~I requested a non-smoking room and there was NO smell of smoke.
You could hear the highway when in the room~but I knew that from the reviews I read and it wasn't a big deal
Stayed 1 night. We were visiting our son who goes to Binghamton University. The price was right~room was clean~friendly staff and I would stay there again.
