Terrible customer service.

I have 2 children. But they give a one bedroom. Bed size is queen. Last times hotel they changed my room. But this hotel need a extra $20 for 2 bed single room.

It was close to the JFK Airport (two and a half miles from airport).
Upon arrival at airport at 10:20 pm I was told the shuttle service ended at 11 pm. This cost me $125.00 extra.

This hotel is not new. The rooms were comfortable, however, the fixtures (tub,shower, flush, sink, etc. were well worn). Hallways were quite dull. Not very attractive on the exterior.

Easy access to connecting city areas.
Paking was terrible with only 15 to 20 slots. Reccommend that you do not drive there.

As stated earlier, the rooms were nice, the location was good, but the parking was terrible.

Airport shuttle with unsafely speedy driver got us to airport alive.

Do not stay here. The service is non-existent, the breakfast tastes like cardboard and you may well get mugged.

Convenient location to JFK, complimentary breakfast, clean bedding, free shuttle bus.
Noisy since early morning due to close to highway.

Overall service meets or even beyond my expectation, given the price. Bedding clean, fair quality of breakfast serving, free shuttle bus, very close to JFK. On the other hand, the facilities in the bathroom are old, room is small. But if you just stay there for a night to catch the flight next day, it is relatively a good choice.
