This motel was across the street from my venue.
The hotel smelled like an ashtray.

The staff at the hotel was not friendly. My room was filthy dirty and I had to sleep on a ground floor with my window open to squelch the smell. The free breakfast area was filthy and the food was stale. The staff, which included the owner, was not friendly.

We both enjoyed the location.
Bed was so lumpy, people running and screaming down the hall, room had bugs.

Would have liked a more comfortable bed, fresher smelling room, more control over the guest that were running outside our room, cleaner rooms, ours had bugs in the bathroom.

Not one thing.
Everything was terrible (especially, the staircases smelling of smoke).

This place was gross and scary. I was nervous to walk to my room or leave my car in the parking lot. The bottom sheet was not fitted and would come untucked every time I moved and then the mattress pad crinkled up under me. The brown bally blanket was gross and I would not take a shower due to old mildew tiles. The place is run down and scary!
