The Howard Johnson Inn - Vero Beach FL is conveniently located .5 mile east of I-95 on RT 60, at exit 147, with an easy on/off access to I-95. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast from 6am to 9:30am in the lobby. Free wireless High Speed Internet Access, Outdoor pool, Guest Laundry, Vending Machines, and many restaurants are within walking distance. Tangier Outlet Mall with over 87 stores is within .5 miles of the property. Los Angeles Dodgers Spring Training 5 miles. We have 60 comfortable rooms with a choice of either one king size bed or two double beds. Each room is larger than an average sized room, non-smoking rooms are also available. All rooms have microfridges, satellite television with HBO and ESPN, coffeemakers, hairdryers and irons/boards. Rollaways, $10.00 per day, in-room safes, $1.50 a day. Free local calls. This might not be my first choice but for the money it was good enough for an overnight stay. They had coffee and package danish and bagels for breakfast. The room I stayed in was very nice and clean.

It was right off of I-95 very convenient for me since I was visiting family and friends.

This hotel does need a little updating but for 30 dollars a night it ws just perfect for what I needed. It is only 20 min away for the beaches and the staff is very helpful and pleasant and cleanness was very nice.

As always, it was great. Service, rooms. All good.
Still need to get the wireless Internet working-had to pay $4.95 for the Travel Centers Internet!

2nd time I have stayed here in the past month and the service was great and the rooms were always clean. Very pleased with this hotel and will stay here again and would recommend it to economy based travellers.

It was adequate for my needs. Like a no thrills airline, you can only expect so much from a cheap hotel price.

Nice and quiet.
Bed sheets did not fit, toilet could be cleaner.

Hotel was good, except the sides of the toilet was dirty. and the bed sheets did not fit the bed and was coming off. Other than that, I still was satisfied.
