The hotel was not too comfortable. The beds were extremely hard. The cleaning service was clearly not communicated with well. They did not give us more towels when we requested it the first night. They were in our room the last morning prior to our checking out and did not understand that we were still entitled to stay in the room.

Close to a lot of attractions in mystic and surrounding area.

The staff was very friendly, gave a print out of directions when asked how to get someplace. It was clean and reasonably priced. pool looked great but didn't have time to enjoy it.

The pool was nice.
I requested a room with 2 beds next to my friend and got a room on another floor.

It was convenient to surrounding restaurants and attractions, but I would not go back to this hotel.

The room was very clean and the staff was very proffesional.
No dining.

This hotel is convenient to Interstate 95. Great place if you aren't planning on spending an extended amount of time there. There is a heated swimming pool, safe, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, smoking allowed. Good experience for our short stay. Not exactly near to the casinos if you are planning on visiting the area for that purpose.

The room was much larger. The Jacuzzi bathtub was great.
The mattress was kind of hard and it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room.

It was conveniently located to the Aquarium, Seaport, and Old Mystic Village.

The hotel staff was very nice to us.
Our non smoking room reeked of smoke.

I complained about the non smoking room reeking of smoke and the staff immediately moved us without hesitation to another room and then checked back with us twice to see if we were satisfied.
