The rooms at the back of the hotel are nice and quiet. The temperature of the pool could have been a little warmer for me.

Didn't expect much at this price. Location and layout of hotel was fine. Hotel staff was pleasant, but evidently invited numerous family and friends to use the pool so it was very overcrowded. Inexpensive should not mean filthy which the room carpeting and linens disgusting.

There was one front desk lady that was very rude and not a help at all. but the manager was nice and did her best to assist us!

Overall the hotel was good. The only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were in desperate need of cleaning.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was food in the fridge from the previous occupant and crumbs in the microwave. When I asked the front desk if housekeeping cleans the microwave and fridge, she responded not usually. The bed was very uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep. I will not stay there again.

The hotel was quite a ways from the interstate. The road outside the hotel was fairly noisy. I didn't feel like the neighborhood was very safe. The hotel seemed old and not very clean. The bed was extremely hard. On the more positive side, the staff was really nice and helpful. I forgot my razor and they provided me with one. The hotel had a continental breakfast.

In the weeks before our visit, we phoned to request a room with two beds. When we checked in and got to our room, there was only one bed. With my wife and daughter and I, there was no way we could all sleep comfortably in one bed. Seeing that the hotel was no where near capacity, my wife asked to be moved to a different room and the front desk staff said no. To me, this is very poor customer service and I would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family in Canada. read more

The hotel was just fine. The lady we dealt with that night was rude. They said they had a policy that could not be changed as far as switching to another room. We have small children, and they would not give us a room with 2 beds, so our children had to sleep on the floor.

This is a very old hotel. It appeared that they may have remodeled it somewhat, but it did not meet my expectations. The microwave & fridge in the room were helpful since I have a baby. The continental breakfast was also very minimal.
