Nice clean room and the wonderful service I received.

Neat rooms, great room service, and wonderful personal. Room attendants we are very friendly and helpful.

I haven't stayed at a Howard Johnson for 50 years, nostalgic.
Heavy ciggarette smell.

Very good location, friendly staff. Hospitality hour enjoyable.

Happy hour, pool and hot tub on the desert at 11:00 am was great.
No complaints.

Great location. Pool and spa with free Wednesday. Night BBQ was great.

Easy access & exit from street.
Seems very old, hotel needs refurbishing.

With all the new hotels that popped up in Yuma in the last few months, this hotel better upgrade/refurbish or it will lose to all the newer competition.

It's a dive.

It said it was by the mall forgot to say the old abandon mall, very old, the AC stopped working took forever to get someone to help.

It is dirty, old and dingy.

The first 2 days the shower was clogged and it took then until the last day to clean. The chair in the room had stains all over it. I never touched it. It was a bad poor experience.

Like the waffle maker more than I expected.
Drabby appearance hard beds.

It looks like they were doing some renovation of the hotel. It would be best to start with some beds, they were as hard as rocks. The continental breakfast was more than I expected, which is very good. Pleased with the experience, did not expect as much.

Location of where I needed to be.
Old and outdated and surrounded by concrete.

I was displease that when I said there would be two travelers including a 17 year old son, that I was only offered one bed.
