The staffs were very helpful with everything. No parking was included which is quite inconvenience. The room is really small. I booked a 2 double bed bedroom. They gave me a room with a double bed and single bed. And the heater was right beside the bed.

My husband and I were very happy with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful with car service and instructions on riding the subway. Also very helpful with restaurants in the area. The hotel was very clean and very beautifully decorated.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been to. Granted it was cheap and it was for only one night because it was close to the airport, however if I had known how disgusting it would have been I would have paid three times as much just to not stay there. The staff is really rude and can't speak much English; you would not know the hotel is in a bad area unless you had stayed there. read more

For the purpose of our trip the hotel was fine, although we found ourselves in a section of town where we were the minority and could not speak the local language we made the best of the trip by finding english speaking friends near by.
