Poor service.

Bathroom counters had not recently been clean - some brown specks (scattered over counter (maybe coffee but can't tell). When I called front desk, they said a manager would return my call - never happened. Huge spider cracks in bathroom sick and bathroom door wouldn't shut completely. Poor lounge service. Will never use this hotel again - a big disappointment.

Only option was a smoking room! Room was dirty and stunk.

Large hotel was fully booked with bus loads of travelers. Reception area stunk of fried fish that was not fresh. The hotel is seedy and unkempt. The take it or leave it attitude of the staff when I was offered a smoking room as an only option was offensive. I did not feel safe.

Clean, quiet. Would stay again. The room was small for having two regular beds in it.

Location from interstate, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great food at inside restaurant.
Mattress on bed needed to be turned, flipped or replaced.

This hotel was very quiet and had all the resources a traveler needs to make the stay comfortable.

No washcloths, no rooms available at 3:00, lobby smelled like dog, poor location, broken coffeemaker.

The location was probably OK 20 years ago. Now it was a long wait for public transit to get anywhere and cab fares were high to get away or back to the hotel. Usually when you arrive at 3 in the afternoon you can get into your room. There were none cleaned at that point and no possibility to find out when we could get into one. We were told there was a restroom we could use to change clothes. The lobby had a very peculiar smell. When we finally got into our room late in the evening after a $15 cab ride from downtown, there were no washcloths in the room and in the morning the coffee maker didn't work. The walls were paper thin and I almost felt self-conscious using the bathroom. Never again. read more
