Good location, helpful and friendly staff.
Airport transportation is not provided between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM.

Cheap, 5 minutes from Kansas City International Airport, friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, free waffles. A convenient place to stay on a stopover.

The staff was pleasant and helpful.
The rooms were dated, and not maintained well.

This is an aging hotel in bad need of an update. While the rooms were "clean", they were not well maintained. Lights did not work properly or were burned out, and the air conditioner did not come close to keeping the room at a comfortable temp. Overall, I was disappointed in the accommodations as a whole.

Excellent staff -found me dinner after a late landing!
The shuttle stops at 11pm, and the hotel is miles away from the airport.

My flight was delayed, and. The was no indicator anywhere that the shuttle service stopped at any point. On the other hand, the staff was exceptionally courteous, up to and including raiding the continental breakfast for me at midnight to grab some cereal and milk. Without them, I would have gone without any dinner.

Helpful staff creatively overcame adversity.
Noisy rooms especially the air conditioner.

Arrived at hotel, key card maker was broken and the receptionist couldn't reach any of her bosses. She and the driver recovered nicely by camping dinner and 2 drinks but still had to wait 30-45 minutes to get into my room. Once in room the air conditioner is so loud you can't watch TV and it will wake you when it cycles on.

Conveniently located near the airport, but far enough away not to notice it.
Rooms are starting to show their age.

The hotel was convenient for early departure at the airport. The access was easy and it is close to restaurants.

Close distance to great restaurants, comedy clubs and shopping (Zona Rosa).
While the building has been remodeled, you can tell that it is very old and the outside needs some work done.

While the building is very old, the hotel has done a great job of remodeling it and making it more upscale than before. It was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was very close to the best shopping, dining, and comedic events in the Northland.

Hotel was clean, had internet available. fairly close to airport.
Heater was very noisy.

This hotel is a clean older hotel. Beds were comfortable, service was good. A little hard to find. Decent continental breakfast. Internet access. My only complaint was the noisy heater which made it hard to stay asleep.
