They have a shuttle to the airport that goes early.
The room was in poor shape and dirty.

The room was in disrepair - and was dirty. Glad we were there just overnight. I also requested a wakeup call in order to catch an early morning flight and no one called. Good thing I woke up on my own. Also, the shuttle to the airport was overbooked. Would not stay here again.

Continental breakfast with lots of choices.
Bathroom outlet plugs were not working, can't keep your blow-dryer or curling iron plugged in.

It was fine, suited our needs which was an overnight before an early A.M. flight out of KCI.

Great location and friendly staff.
They were remodeling still, so some areas looked bad.

We had a good stay. The staff was friendly and our room was comfortable and clean. (The water pressure was awesome!) No sleep interruptions due to noise from the airport or highways, which was great. The continental breakfast is your basic cereal, pastries, and fruit. It ran from 6-10am, which made it possible for us to grab something quick before catching our early flight. Lobby was
nice. Guestrooms roomy. Quiet. Good bed.
Bathroom was not clean. Drinking glasses dirty. Spreads are creepy feeling. No sprinkler system in room. Hallways were gloomy.

With some paint and new linens and drapes this place could be quite nice. The rooms are large beds comfortable. As it is, it is gloomy, less clean than I like and has very worn feeling.
