Loved the fireplace in the lobby and the common areas. We used the common areas.
I thought that the room itself was
OK but the bathroom was dirty, There was hair in the tub. Tub inside was discolored and looked dirty.

The hotel was OK. It was definitely a 2 star. The bedroom seemed small and the bed not so comfortable. I loved the common areas and used them for gatherings with my family. Liked the pool, it was warm and clean.

We had selected a non smoking, but the hotel booked us into smoking.

We had selected a non smoking, but the hotel booked us into smoking. When I tried to change it with the front desk they wouldn't. Not that there were no other rooms free, they just wouldn't! Also, if you are worried about saftey, this hotel has decks which are accesible through patios that are not fenced in, we were on the first floor.

There were sinks and mirrors both inside bathroom and outside bathroom. Allowed for two to groom with ease.
I would have preferred fans or some sort of ventilation in bathroom. Steamed up easily.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. So much so that we added two days to our reservation.

Very family friendly
Over air-conditioned lobby

If you're traveling with kids this hotel is ideal. Pool opens at 7:00 am. Lots of towels. Kid oriented restaurant, Friendly's, is attached. It's quiet, clean, easy to find and only 5 miles from downtown Portland. Our four year-old grandson would give this hotel 5 stars.

The price was very accommodating and clean.
No complaints.

We were very happy with the location and just minutes away from Portland. The room was clean and the restaurants were close - the price per night was very reasonable compared to other hotels.

clean and easily accessible to highway
lobby was too cold, not able to sit in comfortably

we were there for three days and after the first day they informed us that the pool area would be closed the next two days, inconvenient and disappointing. Travelled with a dog and although she did not stay in our room, she did visit and when she whined more than three times, the front desk called to complain. If they were truly pet-friendly, it wouldn't be an issue.

Friendly staff, clean, nice rooms, great breakfast at Friendlys' right next door, highly recommended!
I didn't like anything!

Nice place for the money, classy and clean, quiet and friendly. You can walk to Friendly's for breakfast, the dinner restaurant and lounge are right next door, very convenient. Everyone was very nice, will stay there again next time I'm in Portland.
