Mainly the location.
The had balconies but no chairs to enjoy them.

For anyone wanting to visit Portland, it is a great location. It's a short distance to the Sea Dogs baseball park, the Maine Mall and to downtown Portland. There are also plenty restaurants and shopping locations.
