It was close to port authority.
Nothing nearby, no free breakfast and
old fashioned.

For the price it wasn't very clean or new. It was at the edge of downtown which was basically nowhere. Only restaurant close by was the hotel's and was too expensive.

The staff and location were very good for this trip.
Paying for overnight parking and not having a regular restaurant open for dinner during the week.

It served my purposes. The room was adequate, the staff was very nice, and the location was good for my business trip.

It was the perfect location for seeing a show at the Performing Arts Center.
Bathrooms could use updating.

It was the perfect location for us since we were going to see a show across the street at the Performing Arts Center. The rooms were nice. The lobby was very nice and even offered free computer and printing usage.

nice staff, really clean rooms
they charge you $8.00 a night to park on their lot

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and the rooms were surprisingly comfortable. My only complaint is that they charge you to park in their parking lot even though you are staying at the hotel. I think that is a little bit ridiculous. I could have paid the same to park the car in the public parking garage.

Location off the interstate.
The lounge opening to late on a holiday weekend.

Most of the stay was great except when they cleaned the rooms did not pick up or vacuum the rooms did not replace the coffee and wash cloths.
