Its location.
Dingy Towels and wash cloths, Wet carpet and mildew smells.

The facilities are separated by a highway and it is not convenient to all of the patrons. It not good for more than an over night stay during travel. The wireless service is not easily accessible and there is no back up Ethernet port for computer internet access. It rates only 2 out of 5 stars because it is generally convenient and relatively safe.

Nondescript - no redeeming value.
Room and bathroom was very small. Beds were old. Breakfast was poor.

Be forewarned. The hotel allows pets and does not apparently enforce its non-smoking policy. Many guests complained about non-smoking rooms smelling funky - too much for them to sleep in. Our room was on the borderline. There was residual smoke odor in the room - tolerable though had it not been after 9:00 p.m. and we had been on the road all day I would have demanded alternative arrangements. read more
