Extremely friendly staff.
No pool.

Exceeded my expectations, a pool would have been good. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was a little odd and extra charge if wanted a room with a mini fridge.

Staff's unwillingness to provide a non-smoking room until I paid an upgrade fee.

This is not a very impressive hotel. The furnishings were kind of ad hoc, and the amenities were nothing special at all. A somewhat odd clientèle as well. However, the bed was comfortable. An acceptable place to sleep, but that's about it.

Nice variety of breakfast items!
Did not like the comforters on bed, they are outdated and look dirty.

Overall this was a nice hotel for the price we paid. The staff was friendly and helpfull, the breakfast had a large variety and was good. Though I wish the food was a little warmer by the time we got to it. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, but an update on the bedding and the flooring would be nice.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful.

The staff are wonderful, helpful and nice. This place has the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had in a motel/hotel/inn. I have stayed in places charging more than twice the regular price of the Fairbridge and the experience here was ten times better.

Great staff! Great breakfast!
Put in smoking rooms at first, but this was fixed.

Great just off the highway hotel, exceeded my expectations by far! Clean rooms, good beds, great meal, quiet rooms! Friendly staff that went out of their way to make it a good stay! We have a disabled child and they put us in an Ada room, at no extra charge! Great people!

This is definitely a 2 star hotel. That said the staff was friendly, the bed comfortable, the room clean. The continental breakfast very good. Location handy to the freeway and to downtown. Not bad at all.

The staff was excellent and so accommodating, and the breakfast was wonderful.
You could hear a lot of hallway noise from the room.

Very impressed with the customer service and the breakfast in the morning. The room and bathroom were simple and clean. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay downtown, you can't beat this hotel.
