Comfy bed.
Bathroom was too tiny.
Staff was not friendly, not rude - just too hip. The public space is a bit ill-lit at night and so on first look seems dingy. Room is tiny but bathroom is silly-tiny. Room was sparkling clean as was bathroom, linens and bed were first rate, TV did not swivel to allow viewing from the bed, street noise was not excessive (our room fronted on 58th).

Decor was nice.
Distance from front of toilet seat to wall was ten inches. I am 6'-3.
Windows need to be triple pane. From 6th floor on Saturday night, there was loud horn honking that could be heard all night long. I could not go to the bathroom due to the 10" (I measured it) dimension between the front of the toilet seat and the wall in front. The Habitat for Humanity bathroom I built in Mexico was bigger and actually functional.

It was exciting to try to find since it doesn't have signage.
Everything else.
Awful, tiny, cramped, ceiling stains, no toilet paper, windows don't work. Creepy.

The location and the outdoor terrace.
The room was ridiculously small for 2 adults!
The hotel is very unique and eclectic. It is a fun place to stay and the location was great for us. However, the room we had was ridiculously small even by NYC standards. Also, the restaurant and bar prices are ridiculously expensive even for NYC. I do not expect to pay $18 for a glass of house wine unless maybe I am at Tavern on the Green!

Extremely interesting and in a good location.
Common areas were extremely dark, rooms the smallest I've ever seen.
This place is OK for a person traveling alone or maybe a couple that does not require much space. Not for kids and families.
