The apartments are very, very spacious. Most of the staff are very nice.
Hard beds. You have to ask for internet at the front desk even if you have paid for it in advance.

The hotel is very nice although it says it is a 5 star hotel on the front facade. It is more like a 3.5 or perhaps 4 star hotel. For instance you have to ask for the Internet hotspot card even if you've paid for it in advance. They wont offer. You have to call the front desk for a bath robe. They arrived without ties. There is not kleenex in every room. Even in the bathrooms at times. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are very spacious. Some offer cute little balconies. The beds are typically European and very hard. They offer some remedy but you must take care of that early in the day. I got an upgrade for no extra charge and they offered me the same room type at the same price the next two times I went back. Very good value for the price. mediocre room service offered by a local restaurant. better to go to the restaurant and get it fresher and cheaper. nice little kitchens in both rooms I had. read more
