Staff was helpful and spoke English.
Location.

This hotel did not meet our expectations. The location was hindered by the subway system being under construction and closed up to the stop past the hotel, requiring tedious bus transfers. The area does not feel safe for woman travelers at night and is not close to any attractions, restaurants, etc. It is clean, but for the price difference we strongly recommend Art Otel, where we stayed on subsequent nights. read more
