Staff was friendly and quick to help. Quality I expected for the price paid.
We had issues with our door key not working. Were upgraded to different room.

Simple but comfortable with all essential amenities.
Size of the room could be a bit bigger, also a microwave.
We arrived late at night and left the next morning. They had all that we needed, a small refrigerator and even a fairly decent breakfast.

The shower was working and the bed was comfortable.
Did not have a smoke free policy and the room absolutely wreaked of stale smoke.
Reasonable (and in our room at least, quiet) hotel for overnight stay as long as you are not expecting too much. Unfortunately we arrived late and had no option but to accept a smokers room. We were stunned to find that it had no smoke free policy and the room absolutely wreaked of cigarettes. Whilst the breakfast was really very basic, it was included in the price.

Easy to find.
A great economy motel. We were grateful to find it when St. George was sold out for the Marathon.

Convenient location on main street through town.
Very limited selection of breakfast items.
Rooms are nice. The continental breakfast provided was a choice of cold cereal or toast.

The hotel is up to the star I quality that I excepted. But I give a thumbs up to the staff on call. I forgot my glasses in the room - Called back to ask if they had found it. The people on the call and even during the time when i went back to retrieve the glasses were very friendly co-operative and professional. It left a very good feeling leaving the hotel.

Covenient location for traveling to the national parks
The grounds were not clean & the carpeting in our room was dirty.
The grounds of the hotel had trash on them, the continental breakfast was just toast, cereal, and a inoperative juice machine.
