This hotel is not what it says it is the rooms are not what are shown . The bar, rest. were closed along with the outside pool. If we wanted to go use the inside pool we had to be let in then watched will using swimming. The balcony was not private and was filled with mold. the cleaning lady left here cleaning products in the room on top of our lab top. The jacuzzi was a joke will pieces coming off and screws hanging out. read more

Location great and outside amenities very nice.
Nothing leisurely to sit in the room for reading and no room in the bathroom for personal items.

Outside of previously mentioned re the room, the rest was lovely. However, we were not given the room that we paid extra money for and this was very upsetting and disappointing.

I was originally given a room that did not meet the expectations of the description given online. I had to request another room; which was satisfactory, but still not what the description suggested. Please be careful that everyone understands front facing as opposed to front view. I paid view prices and received harbor facing (could not see the harbor). Very deceiving.

The cleanliness and warmth of the room.
The location of the room was on first floor near back entrance lots of foot traffic.

Great for a weekend getaway to visit different places around the Cape.

Uncomfortable bed, did not change sheets, did not feel clean.

Positive - Hotel located across from harbor. Negative - Room did not feel clean, one pool was green with algae, and maid service did not change sheets on bed. Hotel attempted to charge me twice for previously paid room. No follow up from management. Hotel star rating (2 1/2) was overrated. Should be no more than 1 star rating
