Great location, very close to Fisherman's Wharf.
There is no parking in the area.

The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. I found the staff very accomodating and friendly, and I enjoyed my stay.

No internet in room, 45 dollar parking, staff unfriendly.

This was supposed to be one of the nicest hotels in
San Francisco,
did not come close to being worth the money. Everything was a rip off,
the only thing that was any good was the security but thats it!

The restaurant didn't have a lot of options.

The hotel was very nice and the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic.

Elevators were a little slow.

The rooms were beautiful. The lobby was nice. The bar was friendly (expensive).

Beautiful area, rooms, friendly staff and great help at the concierge desk. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
