The beds were superlative - the sheets were soft and the bed was extremely comfortable for me.

This hotel is right next to Logan airport. I saw the shuttle driver go out of his way to help a hotel guest retrieve something she inadvertently left in her room. He radioed back to the front desk and the forgotten item was waiting for the passenger at the front desk when the shuttle got back to the hotel. I was impressed that the driver went out of his way for the customer and I was impressed with the team work b/w the shuttle driver and the hotel staff. read more

The view from the harbor side was beautiful.
The window to the view from the harborside was dirty.

I've stayed at 2 and 3 star hotels where the Internet was free. I expected I'd also get free Internet access at a 4 star hotel. I knew the room didn't offer a refrigerator, but I also would expect a 4 star would offer that. I suppose I am ignorant as to what makes a hotel earn its star rating.

The hotel was elegant.
A personal kit was available but when I opened the kit the plastic was opened with articles missing.

The staff were at your fingertips to make sure your needs were meet. The hotel had quality bedding. The rooms were very clean.

Manager was absolutely accommodating.

Beautiful hotel, when we arrived late in the evening to our room after traveling several days, the room next door had a loud crying baby! We went down to the lobby and requested a different room. They took great care of us and offered us an upgrade with a total wonderful view! Thank you Hyatt!

The location was perfect and the room was very nice.
I have no complaints.

This was a gorgeous hotel and very convenient location. It also had a very nice shuttle service to the airport/subway which was perfect.
