Views views views!
Expensive restaurant, no breakfast.
Very quite inside they did a good job insulating from airport noise.

The view was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location to airport as well as city was great.
Parking situation was atrocious! Way too expensive to park at hotel and free shuttle to/from airport would not pick you up at airport lots!
Hotel was fantastic minus the expensive parking. The first room I was given had a clogged shower drain; which was an unpleasant nuisance. But the hotel staff immediately offered another room with a better view to compensate for the situation and even brought the new room keys to the door and offered to help move my luggage.

Location.
Would advice against staying there.
Bathroom sink had tooth paste in it. Toilet was dirty. On day 2, the room did not get made up until 6:00 pm. Television did not work properly. Parking fees were $32.00 a day. Staff was apologetic and helpful. But did not offer any compensation.

Shuttle bus from airport was prompt, staff friendly, couldn't hear planes taking off or landing, million dollar view of downtown, friendly staff, overall great experience!

The location to Logan Airport was great.
The room needed fixing-dings in the wall, closet door broken.
My flight arrived after midnight, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport where I could spend the night. For that purpose, the Hyatt worked out great. If I were to spend more time there, I think the hotel would not have met my expectations of a 4-star hotel. The room was in a state of disrepair - the closet door was broken and there were many holes and dings in the wall.

Close to airport. Water Taxi outside the door.
You have to pay for parking in the lobby instead of on your way out.
Overall it was very nice.
Clean rooms although we had to ask for extra coffee cups. Loved the convenience of the water taxi into the city.

Beautiful view of boston harbor from glass elevator.
Wi-Fi should be free in a 4 star hotel.
