The hotel staff was excellent.
Can't think of anything I disliked.
As a long time business traveler I can truly say this hotel is one of the nicest I've stayed at, and the staff was excellent.

Staff was friendly, excellent service. Bed was so comfortable that you melt into it.
We've stayed in many Key West hotels and would have to say the Hyatt Key West Resort was one of the best. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. We had a partial gulf view room which was perfect. We had a great view of all the boats going in and out of the wharf, crystal blue waters, and a beautiful night sky. Pool was a little small and seating limited, but it was just right. There was a little beach area that didn't get much sun, but seating was offered at the end of the pier where boat and jet ski rentals were provided. Bar area was nice, open, and cozy. Would definitely stay again. read more

Great location and views of the gulf.
Noise from the spa area.
We stayed 3 nights at this large new luxury hotel. Our room was very clean and modern. It was set up for wheelchair access which was quite interesting - all hotels should be like this. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinners. The small pool was only 3.5 feet deep. The spa was noisy and the hotel ringed it on 3 sides, amplifying and projecting the sounds from it. On 2 evenings we had to listen to boisterous young men who spent hours in the spa speaking at high volumes - on the second night the hotel staff did quiet them for a wedding, but we had to keep our balcony door closed and fan on high to drown out the voices. The beach is small and unused. The view from the waterfront is truly spectacular. read more

Awesome views!
Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were beautiful. The Hyatt has done an excellent job in creating a very relaxing atmosphere.
