Aesthetics and cleanliness.
WiFi and internet charges should be included complimentary.
Great for casual traveler - Charging for Internet is unfair for the individual entrepreneur. As I can visit a coffee shop and get WIFI for free - charging guests is reprehensible.

The large open lobby make it easy to meet family, or business people. Plenty of seating. Bright and clean, easily accessible to the bar and restaurant, as well to the self parking garage which is covered and free. This is a modern hotel. The rooms have been renovated in a sleek style. Well placed ports for the person with electronics.

Friendly staff.
Poor parking for van.
The room was grimy, wouldn't even consider sitting on the chair. Stains on the blankets. Was told to park my van 3 blocks away in an unlit, unsafe lot. The staff was very nice, gave me a free breakfast when I mentioned the state of the room, but I would not stay here again. Looks good from the outside, but my room was like a one star hotel.

Convenient, comfortable, and the free parking.
Bad shower and an outrageous WiFi cost.
Clean, and comfortable. Decor is clearly dated but that doesn't bother me personally. Beds, TV, etc were fine. Only complaint would be with shower. Curtain rod was coming out of wall so it sagged in the center and curtain would not close - leaving big gaps at both ends and letting water spray on bathroom floor. While we were not unhappy with our stay (and would do it again at the price we bid), based on other hotels I've stayed at I would not rate the hotel at 3 1/2 stars. read more

Extremely helpful. No one waited for a tip to be handed out.
A strong scent in the hallway near our room.
If you like full service with valet, baggage people, respectful & cordial staff, this is the place for you. It definitely feels like its geared towards the business traveler, but our family of four felt like it was a classy place. The staff treats everyone well regardless of the reason you might be staying there.
