Our recently renovated hotel offers guests a unique and luxurious European experience with a boutique-style lobby & beautiful Suites. The Hyatt on Capitol Square is located in the heart of downtown Columbus' business and financial district, and is across the street from the State Capitol Building. Bathroom was big.
it was $23/day to park your car with the hotel valet and if you didn't park with them other parking was not easily found.

The room would not get cool enough, it remained quite warm even though the thermostat was down to as cool as it would show., it was very dark in the room.

Asked for deluxe room with double beds. Did not get we got large beds with air mattress.

We will be happy to stay in the hotel again but hope to get what we asked for.

The location was easy to get to, parking was cheap and they had a free shuttle to and from the football game.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They checked us in very early and met my request for a room with 2 beds. The hallways were quiet and the rooms were large and nice. Parking was cheap and convenient to the hotel location.

Fantastic Location and friendly staff.
Very noisy/thin walls.

A blast from the past featuring the signature Midwestern hospitality displayed by the staff. The facility is a bit outdated and the walls extremely thin, but the comfortable beds, location, and staff make up for this shortcoming.

Bathroom not cleaned before our stay and we were incorrectly billed.

Room not clean and we were over billed -- an issue I am still trying to resolve 4 days after our stay. Not what I would expect for the 4-star level we requested.
