Our recently renovated hotel offers guests a unique and luxurious European experience with a boutique-style lobby & beautiful Suites. The Hyatt on Capitol Square is located in the heart of downtown Columbus' business and financial district, and is across the street from the State Capitol Building. Within walking distance of the Nationwide Arena District, Short North Arts District, German Village Historic District and the Brewery District, Hyatt on Capitol Square is in close proximity to all of the best that downtown Columbus has to offer. No pull or hot tub.
A 4 star hotel SHOULD have an indoor pool & hot tub!

If you want to be in the heart of the city and be in walking distance to just about everything or just watch the city go by, this is a great option!

The hotel had comfortable beds.
No breakfast, no microwave, no fridge, no free internet. All things I get at much cheaper hotels.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. No amenities that I usually get in other cheaper and
clean hotels.

Bathroom was big.
it was $23/day to park your car with the hotel valet and if you didn't park with them other parking was not easily found.

The room would not get cool enough, it remained quite warm even though the thermostat was down to as cool as it would show., it was very dark in the room.

Asked for deluxe room with double beds. Did not get we got large beds with air mattress.

We will be happy to stay in the hotel again but hope to get what we asked for.

Friendly staff.
Old and run down hotel.

Very old and run down hotel, probably the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at but the staff
is friendly and go out of their way.
