The location.
Bed was too short and conditioner was very, very loud.

The continental breakfast was schedule from 7:00 am - 10:30 am but it was removed at 10:00 am and it had no pastries. The bathroom was very small and the tub was not clean. Pigeons made noise outside our window.

No frills, just a large excellent suite-type room with lots of amenities.
The bathtub shower is super slippery.

Outstanding if you don't need luggage assistance, bell services, a bar, information about the city you're in, etc. This was our first stay at a Hyatt Place and we extended one night to two; we stayed the next night in one in Oklahoma City, and looked for, but didn't find one in Springfield, MO the next night. We liked it.

The hotel was wonderful! Clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable.
It wasn't a child friendly place.

The hotel was located by a lot of great shopping and not far from old town.

This hotel was convenient, clean and the employees were friendly.

The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet. It was a convenient location for shopping and dinning.

Very attractive and large room with 42' big screen TV.
AC unit not functioning properly and pillows were too big.

Nice hotel in good location. Has spacious rooms with a large 42' TV. Friendly staff, free internet, including two terminals downstairs for those without portable laptop computers. Breakfast area is classy and done well. My only complaints were that the pillows were not comfortable.

Clean, new and the beds were comfortable.

Besides the renovation that is taking place at the Sheraton I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located by 2 malls and one out door mall. It is also surrounded by allot of good restaurants.
